Access to RCM will now be managed through a centralized LightBox login page. This improves security and makes it easier to access other LightBox services in the future. Your current username (email address) and password are the same, however, your password manager will not automatically fill in your login details.

Tip: Check your password manager for login credentials to RCM. Browser-based password managers (like Chrome, Safari, or Edge) can be found in your browser settings under "Passwords" or "Autofill." Click the button below to proceed.

Version 25.6 was released on December 11, 2025 with the following updates:

Added a new styled button builder in Landing Page and Email editors, allowing users to insert custom HTML buttons with live previews and inline styling.

Brokers now have the option to show their email inline on Landing Pages.

Brokers can now submit, view, and edit detailed broadcast requests directly in-platform, preserving recipient customizations for faster, more accurate approvals.

Added smart checks and safeguards to prevent overlapping user imports and ensure clean, conflict-free uploads.
